ทีเด็ดบอลชุด Association football, also commonly called simply football, is an organized team sport played between a rectangular ball and two teams of eleven players. It is the most popular game in the world, playing on an average of 90 minutes per match. The game was created in the 19th century in England, although it had already been played for a few years earlier in France and Germany. It is played on a hard wooden court with goals usually being made along the sides of the court. The ball is played through a net; regulation of the ball size is usually governed by weight standards, but this has not stopped clubs from using special sizes of football.
There are several types of football, including Australian rules, British football, French rugby, Italian soccer, Japanese soccer, European soccer and world football. The most common type of football is played on a rectangular shaped field with one goal. It can be played with three or more players on each team. The football is played between the groups of players by holding the ball with two hands. Two of the players on either teams take turns to kick the ball towards their opponents goal using their feet.
The object of Association football is to score more points than the other team. Each team takes turns attacking the other team with the ball, which is then defended by two teams. Usually there is only one referee that calls the fouls and points out the infringements, usually via a yellow card. If any team tries to foul another team using the ball, the referee will bring the play to an end by sending the players off individually or by permitting the play to be stopped for the sake of the ball.
The history of the football Association is an interesting one. It was created in the Second World War as an alternative to the British football Association, which was considered to be restrictive to women. The football association football was the first international football game to be played on a professional level, and the United States Football Association followed suit.
The game of Association football is played throughout the year, but is considered to be the "world" game when matches are held outside of Europe and Asia. The English and Welsh divisions of the FA are two of the main governing bodies, but there are also associations in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Australia. Every four years, football fans from all over the world gather to attend the Association Football World Cup. The finals of this tournament are played in different countries each year, with the titleholder being awarded the Copa del este annually. The most recent event to take place was the qualification stage for the 2021 World Cup.
The National Stadium, at Twickenham, is one of the venues where this event takes place. It hosts the semi-finals and finals of the Association Football World Cup once every four years. The Welsh Assembly Stadium is another location that regularly host major tournaments such as the FA Trophy. England play in some of the premier sport venues in Europe, including the Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester United's home town of Manchester. The England team is managed by manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
